Right of Withdrawal
Information for consumers pursuant to the Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG)

This applies if you are a consumer within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG). It does not apply to business customers.
Withdrawal Instructions
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the service.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal
For paid digital services, your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided that performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. You give both confirmations at checkout before each purchase.
